There is a famous saying, "You are what you eat." And in this fast and instant lifestyle that we are leading, these words ring truer than ever. We eat foods that we should avoid and are not able to make time to cook healthy and nutritious meals that we should be consuming. The direct effects of this unhealthy lifestyle fall on our stomachs and livers. Fatty liver has become a rising issue that lots of people complain about lately. On the surface, there seems to be no easy solution to this problem, but Ayurveda has answers to all our troubles.

Before we delve deep into the Ayurvedic tea, its recipe, and its benefits, let us first understand what a fatty liver is. Fatty liver disease is a condition where excess fat accumulates in the liver. When too much fat builds up, it can cause inflammation and damage to the liver cells, leading to fatty liver disease. It is mostly caused by lifestyle factors such as a diet high in processed foods and sugar, excessive alcohol consumption, and obesity. In some cases, it can also be caused by certain medications, viruses, or genetic factors.

Fortunately, this condition can often be prevented and even reversed through lifestyle changes such as maintaining a healthy weight, exercising regularly, reducing alcohol consumption, and following a healthy diet that is low in processed foods, sugar, and saturated fats. And what is better than a healthy Ayurvedic tea early in the morning to achieve these goals? It contains a blend of spices and herbs, and the tea is best had first thing in the morning. This tea is so helpful in curing fatty liver because of the three major ingredients that are used in its preparation: ginger, fenugreek, and turmeric.
