Cucumbers make the yogurt almost juicy and give it an extra touch of freshness. To add a different flavour, we add mint. This combination of cucumber and mint makes a perfect refreshing yogurt.
How to make cucumber mint yogurt:-
Ingredients
● 2 cups of fresh yogurt
● 2 cucumbers ( medium-sized )
● 1 cup freshly chopped mint leaves
● 1 green chili
● Salt to taste
● ½ black pepper
Recipe ( preparation time : 5-6 minutes )
Whisk the yogurt perfectly.
Peel and grate the cucumber in a bowl. Sprinkle with some salt and mix. Let it sit for 10 minutes so that the salt can remove excess water from the cucumber.
Drain the cucumber and chopped mint to the yogurt.
Season with pepper, salt, and green chili. Mix and stir well.
Garnish with mint leaves and grated coconut.
Put it in the refrigerator and serve after an hour.
Tips:
★ Liquidy yogurts are a big no-no. Make sure the yogurt you are using has a thick consistency.
★ You can also add pomegranate seeds to the yogurt.
★ You can squeeze a few drops of lemon if you like the taste of it.
