Ingredients
- 2 cups besan
- ½ cup ghee
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ cup Cashew nuts (chopped)
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
For Garnish
- Silver varq
- Pistachios (sliced)
Method
- In a kadai, add besan and, roast it for a small time to get rid of the smell.
- Add turmeric powder to get a better colour.
- Now, add ghee to besan, and roast it well.
- Add 1 tsp of ghee for roasting of cashew in the mixture, add chopped cashew
- Keep the mixture for cooling at room temperature.
- Now, add cardamom powder and powdered sugar in it and mix it well.
- Start shaping the ladoos.
- Once prepared, garnish with silver varq and serve.
