Diljit’s love for cooking and food is known to all, and throughout the lockdowns he kept all of us entertained with his fun videos from his kitchen. Diljit recently took to Instagram and posted a photo enjoying coconut water from a street side vendor.
However, drinking the same refreshment over and over can become a tad boring. In case, you’re thinking that there’s no way coconut water can be made more interesting, you’re wrong. Here are a few recipes you should definitely try out to make this summer cooler, cooler.
1. Coconut Water And Pineapple Delight
Pineapple is a tasty and nutritious fruit, which when paired with coconut water, makes for a refreshing summer delight. In case you want to turn this drink into a cocktail, feel free to add some of your favourite liquor.
Ingredients:
- Pineapple chunks
- Coconut water
- Lime juice
Method:
- Mix the ingredients in your blender.
- Add some ice, if you want to make the refreshment extra chilled.
- You can also add a dash of sugar or honey, if you’d like to make this drink sweeter.
2. Mango Coconut Water Cooler
The season of mango is here and you can experiment with many varieties of mangoes while trying out this recipe. If you like fruits, feel free to add in your favourite ones in the blending jar, along with all other ingredients listed here.

- An inch of ginger
- Coconut water

- Coconut water
- Avocado
- Honey
- Lime juice
Method:
- Freeze the coconut water into ice cubes.
- Put the coconut water ice cubes, avocado pieces, honey and lime juice into the blender and mix.
