How is White Chocolate made?
Milk solids, sugar, and cocoa butter are combined to make white chocolate. It doesn't contain any cocoa solids, which are present in milk and dark chocolate varieties. Milk and dark chocolates are made from cocoa butter separated from cocoa nibs (cocoa solids). The remaining cocoa butter doesn't have a lot of flavour on its own, so sugar and milk solids are added to make white chocolate.
