For Indians, maggi is not a food; it's an emotion. From becoming a quick breakfast to satisfying our late-night cravings, this instant noodle rules our hearts. Prepared in no time, it is also a mode of survival for hostelers and bachelors. Apart from enjoying plain maggi, we also add various chopped vegetables, cheese, and eggs to it for more taste and flavour. But you will find plenty of unique maggi recipes on the internet that may not be liked by all. In this video, you can see a vendor making maggi along with mutton curry.
He starts by preparing a sauce consisting of various masalas, followed by two packets of maggi, and then waits for it to cook. The main twist comes after this step. When the maggi is half-cooked, he adds a ladleful of mutton curry to it. The vendor has given his unique invention a unique name as well, which is "bakre ke nakhre wali maggi". He sells this dish for ₹400 per plate.
The video was uploaded by a food blogger under the account @HarryUppal and has gotten more than 350k views. People in the comment section have mixed reactions to this unique recipe. The vendor is known as Bunty Meat Wala, and his stall is in Paschim Vihar. So, if you want to experiment with the flavour of your favourite instant noodle, visit this spot and give it a try.
