Is filled garlic bread your favourite snack of all time? Instead of getting it delivered, build one at home. The stuffing can be altered to your preferences so that you can recreate restaurant-quality flavour at home. Here are three incredibly delicious stuffing recipes that you can use to quickly and easily enhance the flavour of your garlic bread.
Ingredients required
1. 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida),
2. 1 tsp dry yeast
3. 1 tsp sugar
4. 8 diced garlic cloves
5. 2 tbsp cornmeal
6. 1 cup lukewarm water
7. 1 tbsp olive oil
8. 1 tbsp butter
9. 1 tsp salt
10. 1 tbsp oregano.
Method
Combine yeast, sugar, and half a cup of water. Put it aside after mixing. Take a bowl and fill it with the maida, butter, olive oil, salt, and oregano. Knead after adding yeast water. In batches as necessary, add extra water. Make a dough, wrap it in a moist towel, and place it in the fridge for 12 hours. Form a smooth ball, sprinkle with cornmeal, and then spread it out into a disc.

Add some grated mozzarella cheese and some cheese cubes on one side of the disc. To add more cheese flavours to the recipe, you may also add grated cheddar cheese and cheese cubes. Add 4-6 minced garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon oregano, and 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes to the cheese. Add some jalapeño chunks as well for the ideal restaurant-like flavour. On top of the prepared dish, make 4-5 light cuts with the other half of the disc by bringing it to this side, sealing the edges, and doing so. Butter a baking sheet put it in the oven, and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes at 240 °C. On top, you can add some cheese as a garnish.
Classic corn-stuffed garlic bread
Spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on half of the rolled-out dough, sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of corn, 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno and some cheddar cheese. Now fold the other side, make a semi-circle and seal the edges. Place on a baking tray, apply some butter, dust with more cornmeal and cut 4-5 slits on top. Bake in the oven at 240°C for 20-25 minutes.
One teaspoon of oil and two tablespoons each of diced onion, tomato, bell pepper, capsicum, and cabbage are heated in a pan. For at least two minutes, lightly sauté the vegetables. Sprinkle on some salt, pepper, and oregano. Remove from the flame and stir in three grated cubes. This vegetable mixture should be spread over half of the flattened dough. If necessary, top with additional cheese. Bring the other side over and secure the edges to close it. For 20 to 25 minutes, bake at 240 °C in the oven.
