Both Neem (Azadirachta indica) and Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) have been two of India’s most prized herbs since time immemorial. Slowly, the world is also waking up to its miraculous health and beauty benefits. Neem leaves are replete with antimicrobial properties. Giloy too, on the other hand, is known for its antipyretic (fever-reducing) properties and anti-inflammatory properties. The antioxidants present in both fight disease-causing free radical activity.  

This Kadha is also very beneficial for diabetics who have contracted COVID. Since during the infection, the blood sugar levels tend to fluctuate, this kadha will help regulating it. And since it is low in calories, you need not worry about the weight-gain.  

How To Make Neem Giloy Kaddha  

  • 2 Giloy roots 
  • 6-7 Neem Leaves 
  • 2 glasses of water

Method:

1. Add all ingredients in a pot and bring it to a boil. 

2. Let it steep for 5 minutes. 

3. Strain and drink hot. 

Drink this kadha twice every day for best benefits. You can mix in some honey for taste.
