The word ‘Cosmopolitan’ also lets one associate it with an American women’s fashion magazine. But besides this, are you already aware of a cocktail called out by the same name? Cosmopolitan, also most commonly known by its shorter yet manageable name ‘Cosmo’, is a well-known drink counted among the top ten cocktails of all time. To blend this drink, one needs to combine vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec and freshly squeezed sweet lime juice in a cocktail shaker. A drink that is always traditionally single strained and then served in a coupe glass, gives out a frothy pink colour. The origin behind this drink has been a matter of debate for years, so we haven't found any legitimate evidence yet. Interestingly, every country follows a different technique while blending this drink and has come up with so many variations and infusions of their own. Intriguingly enough, every version made too has an engrossing story behind it.

You may have already had this drink a couple of times at parties and restaurants, but do you know how to make it?

Follow simple steps that will lead you to make this drink with much ease and comfort.
