Mixologists Ranjeet and Salvin, have crafted the bespoke cocktails with finesse to capture the essence of the season, delivering a sensory experience like no other.

Karibevu Passion Sour
Ingredients
- 60 ML Whisky
- 5 Nos Curry leaves
- 20 ML Passion fruit Puree
- 15 ML Pineapple juice
- 10 ML Lime juice
Method
- Add curry leaves and passion fruit to a shaker glass
- Muddle light & slight, add all rest of the ingredients
- Add ice and shake well
- Double strain the drink into a rock glass and garnish with curry leaves
Thai Basil Sangria
Ingredients
- 8 Nos Thai Basil Leaves
- 1 Lemon - Lemon Zest
- 1 orange - Orange Zest
- 150 ML White Wine
- 30 ML Brandy
- 15 ML Fresh Orange Juice
Method of Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to a wine goblet glass, add ice cubes and top up with white wine
- Stir the cocktail and garnish with basil leaves.
