A caramel tart is a sweet pastry that is only often seen in Australia's New South Wales and Queensland; it is conspicuously absent from the rest of the country. Additionally, they occasionally have chocolate or cream drizzled over them. Your new go-to dessert will be these simple caramel tarts!
