Main Course – Strawberry Flavored Glazed Chicken
Ingredients
· 1 Chicken Breast
· 1/2 cup Hershey's Strawberry Flavored Syrup
· 1 pinch rosemary
· 1 gm garlic
· 1/2 tbsp oil
· 1 tbsp Basil chopped
· 2 tsp Chicken stock
· Salt and pepper to taste
· Basil sprigs for garnish
Method:
1. Flatten the chicken breast with a hammer and give some carving cuts on the breast.
2. Then add strawberry flavored syrup with the chicken. Add the rosemary and seasoning and leave it for a while.
3. Heat grill pan, add oil, put the chicken and pan sear it on both sides for a few minutes.
4. Then remove the chicken from the pan, put on a baking tray, pour chicken stock on it and put in the oven for 5 minutes. Add some basil leaves too.
5. Remove the chicken from the oven.
6. Heat oil, put garlic, add syrup, heat it for a few seconds and then add the stock from the chicken and add chopped basil and seasoning to it and whisk it for few seconds.
7. Take a plate and place the chicken slices and pour the hot strawberry basil sauce on top.
8. Garnish with basil sprigs and serve.

Dessert – Choco Christmas Pudding
Ingredients
· 110 gm butter
· 140 gm castor sugar
· 2 eggs
· 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
· 1 1/2 tbsp refined flour
· 1 1/2 tbsp almond flour
· 1 tbsp raisins & tutti-frutti (mix)
· 4 tbsp HERSHEY'S Cocoa Powder
· 75 ml HERSHEY'S Chocolate Flavoured Syrup
· HERSHEY'S Caramel Flavored Syrup as needed
Method:
1. Butter ramekins and keep aside
2. In a bowl, mix butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, flour, almond flour, cocoa powder along with the raisins and tutti frutti mix. Add chocolate flavored syrup and mix until blended.
3. Pour the batter in the ramekins and place on a baking tray.
4. Bake at 160 C for 10 minutes, until the tops are firm and cracked but the chocolate beneath is hot and gooey.
5. Dust with icing sugar and drizzle caramel flavored syrup and serve hot.
Beverage - Caramel Flavored Celebrations

Ingredients
· 2 Apples
. 3 Tbsp Hershey's Caramel Flavored Syrup
· 1 Tbsp Flaxseed Powder · 1 Tbsp Hershey's Spreads-Cocoa With Almond
· 1/4 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder
· 3-4 Ice Cubes
· 2 Tbsp Oats
· 2-3 Tbsp Milk
· Whipped Cream for Garnish
Method:
1. Place milk and oats into a bowl for a few minutes to soften the oats.
2. In a blender, blend the softened oats, peeled and chopped apple, flaxseed Powder, Hershey’s Spreads-Cocoa with Almond, Caramel Flavored Syrup, cinnamon powder and ice cubes.
3. Puree until very smooth.
4. Pour in a long glass. Garnish with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel bits.
