HOME, a luxury dining and live entertainment club at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj has launched its brand-new zero waste seasonal menu with fresh produce to serve the diverse taste palate of Delhiites.
Designed and plated by Executive Chef Yutaka Saito, in collaboration with his trusted suppliers, locally and abroad, ensuring the finest ingredients make their way into brand new dishes. The new menu combines a variety of homegrown artisanal local seasonal foods with European cooking methods, Indian avant-garde culinary experience, and Japanese flavours. The menu is great reflection Saiko combining Indian foods with a variety of cuisines, including Spanish tapas, Japanese izakaya small plates, and famed French plates.
For chef Saito, it’s all about delivering perfectionism and assiduous attention to detail are something that Chef Saito relishes. Although he may be a man of few words, under his direction, nothing in your meal will be left to chance with dishes like butternut squash kebab, confit duck tenders, pine apple & iberico ham tempura or chana masala terrine.
When unveiling the new seasonal menu at HOME, Executive Chef Yutaka Saito said, "At HOME, our endeavour is always to bring together ideas and concepts for a unique experience. With the introduction of this menu, we take delight in utilising the finest ingredients available at this time of year. In order to reduce food waste and improve the sustainability, originality, and relevance of our offers, we redesigned our menu and included new meals. We've done our best, and we're sure the mouth-watering menu will leave our customers hankering for more, providing a really wholesome gastronomic experience”.
