The "king of fruits" is available in plenty of varieties, and the most popular ones are alphonso, langra, chaunsa, himsagar, totapuri, and dasheri.

Kesar Mango Shrikhand
- 80 g of hung curd
- 20 g of castor sugar
- 0.2 g saffron or kesar
- 10 g of pistachios
Method
- Mix curd, castor sugar, and kesar and whisk well till creamy consistency.
- Garnish with sliced green pistachios and kesar.
- Serve in kulhad.
Mango Trifle Jar
Ingredients
- 100 g of fresh mango
- 100 g whipping cream
- 10 g of custard powder
- 60 g of milk
- 20 g vanilla sponge
- 18 g of castor powder
Method
- Boil milk and castor sugar, add custard powder, and mix till thick consistency.
- Transfer it into a steel bowl and keep it in the freezer to cool.
- Cut mango into cubes.
- Whip the cream to a semi-soft consistency and add the prepared custard.
- Whisk the mixture to get a soft and airy consistency.
- Add mango cubes to the bottom of the jar and pipe custard cream; keep the vanilla sponge round. Repeat the same layer until the rim of the jar
- Garnish with mango cubes.
