1. Mutton Seekh Kebab

The classic mutton seekh kebabs are a party essential for New Year's Eve celebrations. This traditional Mughlai treat is made with onions, spices, and minced meat. These delicious kababs are a great appetiser for gatherings and parties because they are rich in taste and pleasantly spicy. It will become easy to impress the guests on New Year's Eve with these delicious kebabs. One kilogramme of minced mutton, ginger-garlic paste, onion powder, cumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, pepper, and one finely chopped onion is necessary to make this. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and form the minced meat into kebabs. Cook the kebabs in a grill or oven. And once they are golden brown, serve them hot with lemon and mint chutney!

2. Mutton Sliders With Mint Yogurt Sauce

Mutton sliders are a great party appetiser to serve. As they are quick, simple, and incredibly tasty, they will not only wow the guests, but they might also want the recipe. These mini burgers go well with tea or mocktails, and they're a great way to introduce kids to the flavour of mutton. Though they go well with mint yoghurt sauce, mutton sliders are typically served with mango chutney, green chutney, or tomato ketchup. 

To prepare these sliders, it is important to have round mutton, spices like salt, pepper, cumin powder, garam masala, and coriander powder. Chopped onion, small sliders, lettuce leaves, mayonnaise, sliced tomatoes, and onion rings are also necessary. Blend the spices with ground mutton, and make them into the shape of little patties. Take a grilled pan and cook on the stove until the lines of the grill are seen on the patties. Now spread mayonnaise over a small slider of bread. Place the patty and cover with tomatoes and onion rings. And bingo! It's time to serve the mutton sliders with a mint yoghurt sauce.

3. Haleem Kebab

Another sumptuous treat is haleem kebab, an Indian speciality from Hyderabad. As it takes time, make sure they are ready well in advance. Cracked wheat, dal, ginger, garlic, and mutton chops are all pressure-cooked together. Extract the meat from the bones and make it into a paste. Put ghee in a pan and allow it to heat, and then mix green chilies, saffron, salt, spices, coriander, and mint leaves. Stir in some chaat masala, dal mixture, and ground mutton. Mix well and put some chickpea flour. Shape into little patties and cook on a skillet. Serve it with tamarind preserve.

4. Mutton Keema Samosa

Mutton keema samosas are a popular finger food at both small and large parties. This item is made with perfectly crispy, flavourful minced meat that is served with chutney. These little pockets are a fantastic kid-friendly snack since it is easy to customise the amount of spice in them. The air-fried, mutton keema samosas are not only aesthetically pleasing but also healthy as it does not require much oil to cook. This appetiser requires one cup of minced mutton keema, one cup of mashed potatoes, ginger-garlic paste, samosa wrappers, salt, dry mango powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala as seasonings.

Mix the ginger-garlic paste, onions, and spices with the minced mutton and cook until it's done. After that, stir in the boiling potatoes and allow them to cool. Once the samosa wrappers are filled with the mixture, cook them till golden brown. And it's done! The mutton keema samosas will taste heavenly with some mint chutney. 

5. Mutton Biryani Balls

Have leftover mutton biryani? Don't discard it! Rather, form them into balls of mutton biryani. The best part is that it needs very few ingredients while ensuring a great flavour. Get some breadcrumbs, oil for frying, two beaten eggs, and leftover mutton biryani. Scoop up some mutton biryani and roll it into a ball. 

Now cover these balls with breadcrumbs after gently dipping them in the beaten eggs. Continue doing this until the balls are tight enough for frying. When ready, deep fry these balls till they are crispy and golden brown. Garnish it with shredded cheese and the mutton biryani balls are ready to be served! Serve these little balls with mayonnaise or ketchup.

6. Mutton 65

There's nothing better than this succulent mutton 65. It's innovative, spicy, and crispy. The mutton slices taste amazing when coated with delicious masalas. It just requires five-hundred gms of boneless mutton, garam masala, one tablespoon of rice powder, cornflour, chilli powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, one beaten egg, two lemon juice, and oil for frying. Make the garam masala with one Marathi mokku or caper, two-star anise, mace flower, half nutmeg, one cinnamon stick, and one tablespoon of raw rice. 

Mix the mutton with garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, and beaten egg with rice flour & corn flour. Allow it to sit for thirty minutes. When done, fry the mutton in hot oil. Serve it with raw onions and lemon wedges. 

7. Mutton Tikka Skewers

Mutton tikka skewers are an ideal appetiser when trying to make something easily and fast. They're juicy, spicy, and aromatic. This tasty dish may be offered as a snack or even as a main course and is prepared with simple pantry ingredients. Ingredients like one kilogramme of cubed mutton, one tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste, one cup of yoghurt, skewers, and spices like salt, pepper, turmeric powder, garam masala, and red chilli powder are needed to prepare mutton tikka skewers. In a large bowl, marinate the meat cubes in yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.

Allow the mixture to sit for at least two hours. Put the marinated meat on skewers. To improve the flavour, put veggies in between the meat. These mutton skewers should be cooked until they are juicy, golden brown, and have a nice char on them. Simply add some lemon juice as a garnish. Serve the mutton tikka skewers with mint yoghurt.
