- 1 ½ cup desiccated coconut/ dry coconut
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1 cup condensed milk
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- 1-2 tsp ghee
Preparations:
1. In a non-stick pan add the coconut shreds and ghee. Roast them over medium-low flame and continuously stir them for a couple of minutes until they are fragrant. Make sure you don’t burn the coconut while stirring them.
2. Then add mango puree, cardamom powder and condensed milk. Stir the mixture until it's silky smooth in paste and everything is well combined. Also make sure to not let the mixture stick to the pan. This entire process can take up to 6-7 minutes approximately.
3. Switch off the flame and let the mango-coconut mixture cool down.
4. When the mixture is warm and moist, take some of it and roll into small round balls to form ladoo.
5. If you like you can also garnish it with dry coconut.
Your summer go-to sweet mango ladoo is ready.
