Ingredients: 

  • Sliced and roasted coconut and chia seeds 
  • 1 cup dried fruits and fruits of your choice
  • ¾ cup granola 
  • ½ cup yoghurt

Method: 

  1. Place the yoghurt in a bowl. 
  2. Add fruits and dried fruits. 
  3. Top it with chia seeds, sliced coconut and granola. 
  4. Serve and enjoy 

Protein Avocado Toast

Improve the taste of this traditional breakfast sandwich. This recipe could be made and enjoyed by anyone and everyone.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp True Elements Protein Mix 
  • 2 Multigrain Bread Slices  
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Mint Chutney
  • 1 medium Avocado 
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 tsp lemon juice 
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 Cheese Slice 
  • 1 tsp Butter

Directions (Refer to the ingredients section for quantity) 

  1. Heat a pan and add butter. Toast the bread slice on the pan from one side, and once it turns golden brown, remove it on a plate. 
  2. De-seed the avocado and mash it with salt, lemon juice, chopped tomato, onion, 1 tsp protein mix, pepper, and mix all of it well. Guacamole is ready. 
  3. Take the toasted side of the bread, add a generous amount of guacamole, apply mint chutney and top it with a cheese slice while assembling. 
  4. Heat a pan again and cover with a lid. Until the bottom of the bread becomes golden crispy, and the cheese melts, let it cook on low flame. 
  5. Remove the bread and serve it with protein mix on top. 

Seeds and Chocolate Bark

Chocolates are everyone's favourite. So here we bring an unusual recipe of handmade chocolate bark for you. It's delicious! 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups milk/dark chocolate cut into pieces 
  • 2 tbsp True Elements Antioxidant Mix 
  • 1 tsp True Elements Berries Mix 

Directions (Refer to the ingredients section for quantity) 

  1. Blend the chocolate using the double boiler technique. Also, alternatively, in the microwave, you can melt the chocolate. 
  2. Line a plate or baking tray with butter or parchment paper. 
  3. Pour the melted chocolate into the tray and spread it evenly using a spatula or the back of the spoon. 
  4. Top the chocolate with berries and antioxidant mix. 
  5. Press it gently to the chocolate and keep this tray in the refrigerator. Remove it when chocolate sets for about an hour. 
  6. Cut or break the chocolate into desired shapes. 

Caramelised Banana Oats 

These caramelised banana oats are delicious, creamy and only needs fifteen minutes to prepare. It is refined sugar, gluten-free and is sure to wow you!

Ingredients: 

  • 3 tbsp True Elements Rolled Oats 
  • 2 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • Chopped Hazelnuts
  • Chocolate Chips 
  • Almond Butter
  • 1 banana

Directions (Refer to the ingredients section for quantity) 

  1. Heat a pan and honey, cinnamon and banana in it. Toast until the banana becomes caramelised. 
  2. In a different pan, add milk, oats and cook them until the mixture becomes soft. 
  3. Add cinnamon and honey to the oats and mix well. 
  4. Add the oats to a bowl, top it with chocolate chips, caramelised banana while serving. 
  5. Chopped hazelnut and almond butter.
