Gravies And Dal

An Indian meal is incomplete without curries and dal. Bhumi’s plate had five bowls containing green curry, paneer gravy, matar ka jhol, dal, and aloo sabzi. These go impeccably with flatbread like puri and roti.

Miscellaneous Items

The thali was a complete Indian meal with a bowl featuring bhindi ki sbzi. It also had desserts, including custard, kheer, and halwa. Buttermilk and curd or raita were served on the side along with salad and yellow rice.
