The fifth image in the carousel is for all the foodies who are often looking for new places to try different cuisines. Just the sight of it is enough to make you slobber all over the screen. A green-coloured clay-based plate was decorated with curries, dal, halwa, sabzi, and parotta. What can be more satisfactory on a holiday than indulging in Indian flavours from a vibrant region like Goa?

The parotta looked perfect. It was round, flaky, and cooked to perfect with brown patches screaming crispy texture. The halwa was garnished with dry fruits like almonds certifying its richness and delicious taste.

One of the curries on the plate was non-veg and its base was as creamy as one can expect. The garnishing of fresh herbs made it irresistible. Another thing that would catch your attention was dal tadka which pairs immaculately with rice.

A bowl of upma in between all the flavourful delights was screaming healthy indulgence with a crunch of roasted chana dal and robust notes of curry leaves. At Amaraanth, Chef Ritu Dalmia heads the kitchen where the menu features ‘authentic Goan delights, pan-Indian classics, and global favourites.’

One of the Instagram posts on the property's Instagram page displays the best from Amaraanth Kitchen showcases Thai curry, rice, salad, wood-fire pizza, and regional curries. The caption read, “Crafted with 90% locally sourced ingredients, each dish reflects the ethos of subtle luxury—simple, elegant, and made for a well travelled palate.”
