In the era of food trends and bizarre creations, we never know what is going to come up next. From weird desserts to a mix of savoury and sweet items, the world has gone bonkers with their innovations. The pandemic gave us some delicious food ideas like the dalgona coffee or the bento cakes but we also saw some of our favourite eats like gulab jamun, maggi and oreos being butchered ruthlessly into a paratha, shake and noodles. Remember the recent tryst of gulab jamun paratha. The vendor literally mashed a gulab jamun and stuffed it in a paratha dough.
Recently, we came across a trend that might give you a heart attack. The obsession with cheese and butter is no stranger to us. The street food vendors dunk grated and melted cheese in almost everything and anything. This time, a food blogger called @foodiesince96 shared a reel of a unique coffee blend and we just can’t stop watching. Captioned as “Heart Attack Coffee”, this beverage has an interesting twist which would leave you amazed or disgusted. Here, take a look.

The video begins with the vendor adding milk to a jar and then scooping out loads of sugar from another container. He then goes on to add the coffee powder. Now comes the scary part. He takes a cube of Amul butter and breaks it into half and dunks it in the coffee. He churns the mixture and pours the frothy coffee blend into glasses. He sprinkles cocoa powder on top and adds some more coffee. Voila! Your heart attack coffee is ready.
