We wanted to experience a wonderful 5-star buffet with excellent food, great hospitality, and a lovely ambiance, and we enjoyed ourselves at this place. The majority of the dishes we tasted were continental, including Jerk Chicken, Chicken Wings, and Salami. The buffet also included Lebanese Falafel and Kalmi Kebab. The Chicken Wings were particularly succulent, and the Jamaican Jerk Chicken was quite spicy. Also on the buffet menu were Jumbo Prawns, Sushi, Appam, Dim Sums, Hummus, and Salads.

Our office team decided to have a buffet lunch at B Cafe, located within the premises of Shangri-La. Although the appetizers and starters were satisfactory, we were quite happy with the options available in the main course buffet spread. We found the Indian cuisine to be good, but the dessert section was exceptional.

The thali was filling but could have had more quantity. Overall, the quality of the food was satisfying. Some of the recommended dishes are Medu Vada, Mysore Pak, Carrot Halwa, Dinner Buffet, the Veg Buffet, and Neer Dosa.

The ambiance is lovely, with comfortable seating arrangements and plenty of space to move around. We opted for the buffet, which started with a chaat counter, followed by a non-vegetarian soup station, starters, Chinese gravies, Indian gravies, Biryani, and a salad counter, and then the vegetarian section, which includes the same set of options in veg. There are 45+ dishes to choose from. We enjoyed the warm and comforting soups and the chaats from the live counter. We also tried the Dahi Puri and the Sev Puri, both of which were really well made with the perfect balance of sweet and tangy.
