Are You A Peanut Butter Lover? Make A Crunchier Version At Home

Are you the type of person who licks a tablespoon of peanut butter at home? Or do you frequently consume peanut butter sandwiches as an indulgent snack or quick breakfast? You must then share the love for peanut butter! This spread is quite tasty because it is both creamy and gooey. We all keep a jar of peanut butter in our kitchen cabinets, am I right? Peanut butter can, however, be very pricey. In addition, since we consume peanut butter so regularly, store-bought peanut contains a variety of preservatives and artificial sweeteners that may be harmful to our health. Wouldn't it be preferable if there was a way for us to produce our own peanut butter? That too a Crunchy Peanut Butter

Ingredients:

500 gm roasted peanuts

4 tbsp icing sugar

3 tbsp groundnut oil

For Seasoning

Salt as required

Method:

To make a coarse powder, grind 100 grams of peanuts in a blender. Don't let them be entirely crushed. Place them in a bowl, then set it away.

The remaining peanuts should be blended until powdered. Salt should be added, followed by a little stirring before adding oil, half a spoonful at a time. Once a smooth paste has been formed, keep blitzing. Add icing sugar and combine until the required consistency is obtained. Now thoroughly combine the coarse peanut powder with the peanut butter. Preserve the crunchy peanut butter, and serve when required.

Using Your Peanut Butter in Recipes

What better way to enjoy your delicious peanut butter than in a traditional Peanut Butter and Jelly (PB&J)? You can follow the directions exactly or modify them to make them more enticing.

Brown sugar, flour, peanut butter, and a few other ingredients can be used to produce simple, delectable cookies. When paired with a glass of milk, these cookies are even better.

The recipe for peanut butter balls is perfect if you're searching for a rich, indulgent snack that you can pop in your mouth. You only need a few ingredients, including peanut butter, powdered sugar, and chocolate chips.

Storage

If you often consume peanut butter, storing it in a cold, dark location should work just fine. As a result, it would be easier to retain its consistency, keeping it absolutely smooth and spreadable. It can remain fresh for at least a month if its exposure to sunlight is restricted.

If you are someone who doesn't consume this nutty spread so rapidly, refrigeration is the best option. If homemade peanut butter is exposed to the elements for a prolonged period of time, the oils can soon turn rancid. The best course of action is to transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator to increase its shelf life.
