Ingredients:

• 1 medium sized apple, chopped in cubes

• 1 banana, roughly chopped

• ½ cup instant oats

• 2-3 tsp honey

• ½ cup dairy milk or any plant-based milk

• ½ cup yogurt

Preparations:

1. Take the chopped apples and keep them in the freezer for 10-15 mins.

2. When they are cold enough, take them out and put them in the blender with bananas, oats, honey, milk and yogurt.
