• 250 grams Chicken , (boneless) cut into small pieces
• 2 tablespoons Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
• 1 tablespoon Ginger , paste
• 1 tablespoon Garlic , paste
• 1 tablespoon Green Chilli Paste
• 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
• Salt , as required
For green masala
• 1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , chopped
• 5 Curry leaves
For tempering
• 1 Onion , finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon Ghee
• 3 Green Chillies
• 4 sprig Curry leaves
• 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
• Salt, as needed
Instructions to make Andhra Chilli Chicken:
• Wash the chicken and thoroughly filter the water before starting to prepare the Andhra Style Green Chilli Chicken dish
• Chicken should be mixed with curd, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, turmeric, and salt and marinated for at least an hour in the refrigerator

• In a nonstick skillet, heat the oil or ghee and add the curry leaves, chopped onions, and green chilies and Cook the onion until it turns translucent or golden brown
• Add 2-3 tablespoons of the prepared green masala and soy sauce now and mix well
• Add the marinated chicken and continue to sauté it with the green masala mixture until all of the liquid has been evaporated and the chicken is tender and well-done or pressure cook for 4 whistles
• Add more freshly chopped green coriander and more salt to taste
