 Ingredients required (serving for 2)

  1. 2 medium-sized potatoes
  2. 1 tomato
  3. 2-3 tablespoon curd
  4. Half cup mangodi
  5. Cumin seeds
  6. Coriander powder
  7. Chilli powder
  8. Green chilli
  9. 1 tablespoon Kasuri methi 

Aloo Mangodi Ki Sabzi- Method for preparation

  1. Shallow fry mangodi, now take them out and keep them aside.
  2. Meanwhile, add cumin seeds, finely chopped green chilli, coriander, and chilli powder in the same pan.
  3. Stir the masala for a while till they're mixed well together, then add curd and saute well.
  4. Peel off potatoes and boil them. Till then, chop the tomato into small fine pieces.
  5. Next, add tomato and potatoes to the pressure cooker filled with 2 cups of water. Cook it for some time and at the end, add Kasuri methi.
  6. Aloo mangodi ki sabzi is ready! Garnish with coriander leaves.
