1. Matar Paratha

2. Matar Poha
A classic Maharashtrian breakfast treat, poha is made of beaten rice. It is usually packed with a variety of vegetables like kanda poha (onions), batata poha (potatoes) and more. This time, load up your breakfast poha with matar. The green peas lend a tinge of sweetness to the dish and make it wholesome. You can top it with some coriander leaves.
3. Matar Dhokla
The soft and spongy, squared-shaped bites from Gujarat are heavenly breakfast cum snack items. While dhokla is usually made with a combination of dal and beasn, you can opt for matar this time.
