Her obsession with plant-based food saw a social media announcement when she started posting that she was shifting to veganism last year. The 41-year-old is well-known for her fashion sense and well-maintained figure. Not only does she work out regularly, she also believes in indulging in good food. In fact, in one of her posts, she was seen flaunting her awesome body and captioned it saying, “Plant-based does a body good”.
Kim is a hard-core foodie and enjoys a variety of delicacies, especially when she’s going out. Recently, she shared a picture of the best pasta in the world and left everyone stunned. Although there have been speculations about Kim’s vegan diet, she has cleared the air through media interviews, suggesting that she mostly eats plant-based foods with a few exceptions at times.
Recently, she posted a story on her Instagram, sharing a glimpse of her tostada. For the unversed, a tostada is simply a tortilla base that is toasted or fried. The flat base is then stuffed with vegetables and meat. However, in the case of Kim’s meal, it is a vegan tostada since she tags @beyondmeat in her story. Being the vegan food ambassador of this plant-based food brand, the mom-prenuer endorses plant-based diets.
In one of her tweets, she also revealed what she eats in a day. It included oatmeal and vegan sausage for breakfast, followed by some salads and vegan tacos for lunch. She even mentioned how she likes to eat skinny potato fries, as per a report by a leading media publication. Kim also claims to have converted her family members like Kylie and Khole to veganism in the last two years. What is Kim’s mantra for that envious body is a whole lot of exercise and healthy eating.
