Birthdays are always special days where one gets embraced by love, food and so much more. And if one goes by the recent social media posts, then Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s daughter, Raha, had the best first birthday ever! In a series of posts online by close family members, including Alia Bhatt, Soni Razdan, Pooja Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt and Neetu Kapoor revealed just how packed with love and goodies Raha’s first birthday party was.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s one-year-old daughter, Raha’s birthday was celebrated at their Bandra home, Vastu. Attended by close family friends and family members, the party was quite an elaborate affair. In attendance were Neetu Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan along with sons Jeh and Taimur Ali Khan, Mahesh Bhatt, Soni Razdan, Shaheen Bhatt, Pooja Bhatt and the chef who curated the birthday feast, Chef Harsh Dixit.

The most important thing on a birthday is the birthday cake, and it seems Alia Bhatt personally sorted that out by getting a specially crafted cake from Pooja Dhingra’s Le 15 Patisserie. The pale, tiered cake had sprinkles on, and one picture shows how Raha messed up the cake with her hands. It must be noted here that Chef Pooja Dhingra’s creations are quite the favourite with this family as she had also created Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s elaborate wedding cake.
This apart, posts by Soni Razdan, Shaheen Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt also revealed that Raha’s birthday party had plenty of other sweet treats too. A couple of posts highlight beautiful, frosted cookies shaped in the form of the numeral one, indicating Raha had turned that many. The cookies further had Raha’s name inscribed with frosting too. There were plenty of chocolate cupcakes frosted with colourful buttercream and these too had Raha’s name and age inscribed on them.
Chef Harsh Dixit from The Private Chefs Club in Mumbai curated the rest of the menu with his team, and was also seen at the party posing for pictures with Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. This picture also revealed that the theme for Raha’s first birthday party had something to do with Pandas. The elaborate birthday menu included fries, ribbon sandwiches, Brie chilli cheese toast and plenty of other dishes too. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt also sent out cakes and cupcakes to the paparazzi outside Vastu to celebrate Raha’s birthday.
