* Samosa

Samosa is generally made from the dough of all-purpose flour which is rolled and filled with a lot of spiced potatoes. Instead of using all-purpose flour, one can also use wheat flour to make samosas. The best part about samosas is that they do not require a lot of dough so one can always make them with the leftover dough at home. One has to simply use a little bit more vegetable oil than regular so that the dough is properly moist. instead of deep frying the samosas, one can air fry them.

Bread sticks are a great and flavourful snack that one can make at home and serve to guests with some dip or sauces. To make breadsticks at home, one may take the leftover dough and then brush it with a lot of olive oil and sprinkle some Italian herbs on the top.
