  1. Incorporate proteins in your diet:

    Consuming one gram of protein for every kilogram of your body can help in weight loss and aid muscle growth. Eating a high-protein diet can keep you fuller for longer, boost metabolism, and cut down your hunger pangs. Lean meat, seafood, nuts, tofu, legumes, eggs, dairy, fish are all rich sources of proteins that you energized without contributing much to calorie gain. For best results, distribute proteins evenly throughout the day.

  • Eat more fiber:

    One way to get rid of belly fat and digestive-related issues is to incorporate fiber-rich foods into your diet. Fiber encourages the growth of good bacteria living in your lower gut, which help take care of processed like assimilating nutrients and processing waste.
