Classic Gin And Tonic
Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 4 ounces tonic water
Garnish
- 2 lime wheels
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice and add the gin.
- Top with the tonic water and stir gently.
- Garnish with lime wheels and enjoy.
Elderflower Gin And Tonic
Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 2-3 ounces tonic water
- lime wedge
Method
- Fill a lowball glass with ice and pour in gin and elderflower liqueur.
- Top with tonic water and squeeze lime wedge into the glass.
- Stir and serve chilled.
Gin And Ginger Tonic
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons dry gin
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup ginger beer, chilled
- Crystallized ginger, for serving
Method
- Add gin, lemon juice, and honey in a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice.
- Shake vigorously until chilled.
- Strain into an ice-filled cocktail glass and top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with crystallized ginger. Serve immediately.
Blueberry Basil Gin And Tonic
Ingredients
- 4 chilled cocktail glasses
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- crushed ice
- 120 ml honey simple syrup
- 120 ml gin
- 2 cans tonic water
Method
- Divide the frozen blueberries and fresh basil leaves into four glasses.
- Add crushed ice to each of them. Add 30 ml of honey simple syrup to each glass and add a shot of gin and top up with the tonic.
- Garnish with some basil leaves and blueberries. Enjoy.
Spiced Gin And Tonic
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 200 ml tonic water
- 1 slice of lime
- Ice cubes
Garnishes
- 4 juniper berries
- 2 peels of lemon
- 1 dry pepper
- 1 rosemary
Method
- Pour the gin into the cocktail glass and fill it with ice cubes.
- Then throw into the glass all your selected herbs and spices along with a squeeze of lime.
- Finally pour in the tonic water and stir gently with a straw. Garnish and serve.
