Ingredients
- 45 ml tequila
- 30 ml pomegranate juice
- 60 ml sparkling apple cider
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Lemon peel twist, for garnish
Method
- Shake together the tequila, pomegranate juice, lemon juice and bitters with lots of ice.
- Strain and pour into a glass, top it off with sparkling apple cider and garnish with a lemon twist. Serve chilled.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup watermelon chunks
- 45 ml tequila
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 25 ml triple sec
- 15 ml simple syrup
- Sparkling water, to top off
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Lime wheel, for garnish
Method
- Rub a half-cut lime on the rim of your serving glass and dip into the salt and red chilli powder.
- Add the watermelon chunks to a blender filled with ice along with the tequila, lemon juice, triple sec and simple syrup.
- Blitz everything together and strain into the chilli-rimmed glass.
- Top off with sparkling water and serve cold, garnished with the lime wheel.
Spicy Pineapple Spritzer

Method
- Add the chopped pineapple, jalapeno slices, lime juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle well.
- Add some ice and the tequila and shake thoroughly to combine.
- Strain and pour into a waiting glass and top off with sparkling water. Serve cold garnished with a slice of dehydrated pineapple.
