The restaurant derives its name from the Dzukou valley in Nagaland and is decorated with a touch of that region. This large and roomy restaurant, with uncluttered low tables and chairs, emphasizes having a fresh take on fine dining in a traditional ambience. The menu is small and focused. As its name suggests, Nagaland's Kitchen brings mouthwatering Naga cuisine to the Indian capital. You are guaranteed to have a wonderful eating experience with soft music, delicious food served promptly, and a relaxing atmosphere. There is also outdoor seating there. It is advised to have chicken or pork curry with bamboo shoots. Everything is prepared with care and has wonderful flavours, but the appetisers of chicken and the honey-chilli lamb presented with a hint of litchi are not to be missed.

Bamboo Hut is one of the few eateries selling genuine home-cooked Naga cuisine and is renowned for its smoked, dried, or fermented meats and fish. The dinner is worth it because of the rich curries and several unusual ingredients. The Naga Thalis combine affordability with authenticity. The crispy spinach and pork ribs are delectable. Although there may be a slight wait in the service, everything is created to order and is freshly cooked. It is also among the best places to eat "tribe boiling" food.

Uraki
At Uraki, every dish is made with only organic ingredients, some of which are even flown in from Nagaland. Since the restaurant doesn't have air conditioning, home deliveries are more common there. The menu consists primarily of non-vegetarian food and includes numerous hog and duck dishes in addition to sticky rice, fried rice, and sour chutneys. Some of their specialities include Hasuchu, or "duck with Naga ginger and red chilli," and Pork Sumi Thali. Additionally, they provide a variety of Naga cuisine components that you won't find at your neighbourhood grocery stores, such as traditional pickles, fermented fish, bamboo shoots, chutneys, and many more.
