Paneer Tikka Roll
Paneer tikka is one of the easiest protein-packed vegetarian dishes to make. All you need to do is marinate chunks of paneer in a mix of spices, salt, pepper and curd. You can also add colourful bell peppers, onions and capsicums to this mix, and roast or bake the paneer in an oven. To assemble, just place portions of the paneer tikka on a paratha or roti and roll it up. Usually, paneer tikka is a wet sort of mixture, but you can also add sauces of your choice to make paneer tikka rolls more delicious.
Egg Chicken Roll
Adding egg and chicken chunks to a roll for your kid’s lunch box is one of the best ways to ensure they get all the protein they need within a single roll. You can cook a bowl of chicken tikka or keema with spices of your choice well ahead of time. To assemble, all you need to do is whisk eggs and pour a portion in a pan. Place the paratha on top and the eggs will stick to the paratha. Once cooked, add chicken tikka or keema to the egg paratha along with sliced onions, cucumber, sauces and roll it up.
Cheesy Pizza Roll
