Gulab Jamun

Shahi Tukda

Slice four to six slices of bread diagonally. 2 tbsp of desi ghee can be used to crisply roast them in a pan. Add 4 tbsp of condensed milk after bringing 2 cups of milk powder, 1 cup of water, and a cup of well-mixed liquid to a boil in a deep pan. Stir thoroughly, then adjust the sugar. Slices of baked bread and garnishes of almonds and pistachios are added after the milk thickens after adding 3–5 saffron strands and boiling for 1 minute. Serve!

Doodhi kheer

Grate half of a bottle gourd, press out any extra water, and set aside. Grated bottle gourd should be sautéed in 1 tablespoon ghee in a frying pan for 3 to 5 minutes. Take a frying pan, fill it with 1 1/2 cups milk powder, and 1 cup water, and stir it well before bringing it to a boil. Sautéed bottle gourd is added, along with 2 tablespoons of sugar, and the mixture is cooked for 7 to 10 minutes or until it slightly thickens. Serve hot with pistachio and almond garnishes.

Fruit custard

Take 2 cups of milk powder and combine it with 1 cup of water. Boil for 5-7 minutes while maintaining a low flame in the container. Stir well after adding 1/2 cup of sugar. Take 1 tbsp of milk powder and 1 12 tbsp of water and combine them in a small bowl. Stir in 2 1/2 tablespoons of custard powder. While stirring, pour this mixture into the milk that is currently boiling. After 3–4 minutes of cooking, let it cool. After two hours in the refrigerator, garnish with seasonal fruits before serving.
