* Sprout Tikki
Sprout Tikki is also very delicious and it is not necessarily deep-fried. You can simply shallow fry or make it in the air fryer to avoid the usage of extra oil. This Tikki is prepared by mixing some sprouts with mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes that are boiled. Now add some gram flour inside the mixture along with some freshly chopped onions and tomatoes. Also, add some green chillies and a handful of spices of your choice. Make a small circular Tikki out of the mixture and put this inside your air fryer.
* Sprouts Khichdi
It is possible to make a very delicious and healthy khichadi with the help of sprouts. Just take a cup of mixed sprouts, and double the quantity of already soaked rice. Now add some ghee or butter to your pressure cooker. Put cumin seeds, chopped onions, garlic paste and any other spice of your choice inside your cooker. Mix this all really well. Now put your rice and sprouts inside the cooker and add water as per requirement. Let the mixture cook for at least three whistles in the cooker and then wait for some time to open your pressure cooker. You will see a beautiful and healthy Khichdi cooked in under 15 minutes.
