You only need some simple ingredients to make these kebabs. Make sure that you only add subtle spices to the seekh kebab so that everyone including the children at your party can enjoy this delicious snack. It is also quite easy to make these kebabs. All you have to do is combine your mutton with some spices, onion powder, and ginger garlic. Now add a cup of finely chopped onion, coriander powder, as well as salt and pepper. You can also serve them with some mint yoghurt sauce. These sliders can be prepared by mixing some ground mutton, spices, coriander powder and chopped onion. Now make small sliders out of the mixture and cook it in the pan or deep fry it in some oil. Now put the sliders in a bun and add your tomato ketchup and mayonnaise along with lettuce leaves. * Mutton Tikka Skewers

This is a very aromatic, soft and tantalising snack that can be made for a New Year's party. It is a very flavourful dish that can be made from the simple ingredients that are already available in your kitchen. To make this recipe, you need some mutton that is cut into cubicle pieces, 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, and one cup of yoghurt along with the spices of your choice. You will have to marinate your small cubes of mutton in yoghurt and spices to give it a great flavour. Now to skew all of these marinated mutton onto skewers. You can also add some veggies of your choice and cook them until they turn brown from the outside. Garnish everything with a lot of lemon juice and serve it with some homemade mint Chutney.

* Mutton Biryani Balls

This is a great appetiser to make at home, especially if you have some leftover Biryani. Instead of throwing the biryani away, you can roll all of this together to make the scrumptious mutton biryani balls. It requires negligible usage of extra ingredients and also gives the most delicious taste. To make these biryani balls you need some mutton biryani, breadcrumbs and beaten eggs. Add two beaten eggs to your mutton biryani and mix everything properly. Now make small balls out of the mixture and cover them with bread crumbs. Deep fry these balls in hot oil until they become brown from the outside. Add some shredded cheese on the top if you want and serve them to your guests with some tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.
