Chocolate Custard

A rich and creamy treat that is sure to please kids is chocolate custard. First, collect the following ingredients: the ingredients include egg yolks, sugar, cornflour, milk, chocolate powder and vanilla essence. In a saucepan, warm up the milk, sugar, and cocoa powder on low heat. Whisk the cornflour and egg yolks together in another bowl. To temper the eggs, gradually pour the heated milk mixture into the egg yolk mixture while whisking constantly. Pour this mixture back into the pot and cook until the custard becomes thick by stirring permanently.  After thickening, turn off the heat and mix in the vanilla essence. After transferring the custard into separate serving bowls, allow it to cool in the fridge. For a striking presentation, top with whipped cream and serve.

Chocolate Wafer Roll

Not only are chocolate wafer rolls yummy, but making them also lets kids have a fun time in the kitchen and be as creative as they would like. These crunchy snacks can be extra fun if filled with different flavours. First, collect chocolate wafers and your preferred filling, like whipped cream, chocolate cream, or Nutella. To make spreading the filling easier, start by gently heating it. Evenly cover one side of a chocolate wafer with the filling. Make sure the filling is contained within the wafer by tightly rolling it from one end to the other. When all the rolls are ready, you may add melted chocolate on top of them or sprinkle them on top for a little extra flair. Before serving, let them chill fully in the refrigerator.

Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Kids will love this thick and delicious chocolate walnut fudge. This is a simple recipe that doesn’t require baking and is perfect for kids to prepare. This fudge is made by melting butter, walnuts, sweetened condensed milk and dark chocolate. In a saucepan over low heat, begin by melting the butter and dark chocolate together. When completely melted, thoroughly mix in sweetened condensed milk. To add texture and flavour, remove the mixture from the heat and fold in the chopped walnuts. Spread the fudge mixture into a square baking pan coated with parchment paper and level the mixture using a spatula. The fudge should be set in the refrigerator for at least two to three hours. Cut into squares and serve once set.

Mug brownies are very easy to make and require just a few minutes in preparation to be enjoyed on Children’s Day celebration. You'll need flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, milk, oil, and a mug to create mug brownies. Put flour, sugar, baking powder, and cocoa mixture in a microwave-safe cup, preferably all at once. After adding the oil and milk, mix until well incorporated and smooth. Think about including chocolate chips or nuts for an added chocolatey taste. Give the mug a minute or so in the microwave. Allow the brownie to cool for a few minutes after it has set and slightly risen. Add a dollop of chocolate sauce or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
