4 Vodka Cocktail Recipes You Can Make At Home

Host a party and impress your friends with these vodka cocktails. Vodka is light in taste, and it's everyone's go-to liquor that goes down with pretty much anything. So don't consume the boring vodka; dilute it with a twist of flavours. 

Lemon Twist

Ingredients: You need one lemon, lemon zest, 30ml vodka (ginger flavour); if you don’t have ginger flavour vodka, you can take the ginger extract. 

Procedure: Mix all the ingredients in a julep cup and shake it. Pour into your glass, garnish it with a lemon wheel and a mint sprig. 

Raspberry Twist 

Ingredients: You need 60ml of vodka, one lemon juice, two tablespoons of honey/ maple syrup, 7-8 raspberries juice. 

Procedure: Take all ingredients, shake and strain in a coupe glass, and pour prosecco (sparkling wine) over it. And enjoy!  

Apple Twist 

Ingredients: Take 30ml vodka, 20 ml of apple cider, one fresh lime juice, one teaspoon of ginger extract (syrup), and sparkling water. 

Procedure: Build all ingredients over ice cubes in a glass. Stir it well and garnish with a lime wheel and apple wedges. 

How to make ginger syrup? Combine ½ cup sugar and a 3-inch knob of ginger (peeled and roughly crushed). Stir over heat until the sugar dissolves. Aside from the heat and allow ginger to set it for at least ½ hour and strain it. And enjoy your drinks. 

Coffee Twist 

Ingredients: 60 ml of vodka, 20 ml of coffee liqueur, and cherries garnishing (optional)

Procedure: Gether ingredients, fill a glass with ice cubes, pour vodka and coffee liqueur, stir well. Garnish it with cherries and enjoy! 

How to make coffee liqueur? Take 1 cup of water, 2 cups of sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla essence, seven tablespoons of instant coffee, and half a bottle of rum.

Procedure:

  • Gather ingredients on the kitchen table. 
  • Heat a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and vanilla essence with it. And create a syrup.
  • After 10 minutes, add instant coffee. And allow the mixture to cool. 
  • In the sealable glass/ bottle. Combine the syrup with rum. Give a good shake. Keep aside to cool. 
  • And store in a sealed liquor bottle.
