The courses follow historical milestones of India and play upon iconic elements that tug on the heartstring of every Indian. Some courses also take a route of unearthing nostalgia through familiar tastes, like from the Dabeli to the Dabbawalas, and Farsan, or festivals like Holi and Vallam Kali.

This SoBo vegetarian destination has revamped its offerings to live up to its promise of sustainability and local eating. The new menu features winter comforts like the Beetroot Carpaccio, Steamed Tofu with garlic scape vinaigrette and a Kale & Crunchy Quinoa Salad which pay tribute to seasonal produce.
