- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of wheat / brown bread
- ⅓ avocado (if you don’t have, you can also skip this)
- 2 cheese slice
- Salt and pepper for the topping

Recipe:
- First, mash the avocados in the bowl with the help of a fork. And keep it aside.
- Take a saucepan, heat some butter in it and break the eggs and half fry them. Sprinkle some salt & pepper into it.
- Take slices of bread and spread mashed avocado with salt. And keep roast on the pan with cheese slices.
