Zobo (Zoborodo) is a Nigerian drink made from dried hibiscous flower and fruits. It is also known as Roselle drink or Sorrel drink in the Carribean.
400 gms Dried Hibiscus Flowers 1 Ripe and Sweet Pineapple 2 Sweet Oranges 2 inch Ginger root 1 cup Pure Honey 1 teaspoon Ground cloves 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon 10 cup Water
Rinse hibiscus flower and put it into a bowl. Add pineapple slices to it. Transfer both into a cooking pot.
Add in ginger, orange, cinnamon powder, ground cloves, honey and water. Cover and boil it for 25 minutes.

Turn off the flame and keep it aside for 2-3 hours. Once done, strain the juice and serve.
