The Spicy Tamarind Mocktail puts a new spin on an old favourite and is perfect for this festive season. Infused with the tangy kick of tamarind, ginger, and fennel, it's a refreshing delight rimmed with Kashmiri chili powder

Mix tamarind pulp, fennel seeds, ginger, and kala namak in water. Let it infuse for some time. After infusing, strain the tamarind mixture to remove any solids.
Rim the edges of your glasses with Kashmiri red chili powder and salt for an attractive presentation.
