Zesty Lemon Prawn & Quinoa Bowl For A Healthy Meal

Loaded with flavours of prawns, vegetables and quinoa, this simple bowl of food is also very easy to make for a quick meal. Here is the recipe for you to try out.

Ingredients:

150g prawns 2 cups cooked quinoa ½ cup carrots, chopped ½ cup peas ½ cup beans, chopped ½ cup onions, chopped ½ tsp ginger garlic paste ½ tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp black pepper Salt, to taste 1 tbsp olive oil Zest and juice of 1 lemon Coriander leaves, for garnish

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, then add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Step 2

Now add the onions, peas, beans and carrots and saute for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add the prawns, ginger garlic paste, salt and black pepper and mix well.

Step 4

Saute until the prawns are almost cooked, then add in the quinoa and lemon zest.

Step 5

Mix well, adjust the salt and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 6

Transfer the prawn and quinoa into a bowl, add lemon juice and coriander leaves on top to serve.
