The Kokum Mojito is a delicious and tart take on the classic Mojito cocktail that incorporates the tropical fruit kokum.
6-8 fresh mint leaves 1 lime 2 tbsp kokum syrup 1 tbsp sugar 3 tbsp white rum 1/2 cup Club soda or sparkling water Ice cubes
Muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges in a highball glass. Pour in the kokum syrup and sugar.
Now Muddle the ingredients once more to mix them and dissolve the sugar. Add desired amount of ice cubes.
Now Pour in the white rum and stir well to combine everything. Mix well.
Now Fill the glass halfway with club soda or sparkling water. Adjust the consistency.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a wedge of lime. It’s ready to serve! Enjoy.
