Who doesn't love fries? Potatoes can do no wrong...unless you're on a diet. Deep fried foods can contain tons of unhealthy fats and free radicals, but if you just can't resist, these zero-oil fries are the way to go. Get the best of both worlds.
2 large potatoes Salt, to taste Paprika, to taste Garlic powder, to taste
Peel and chop your potatoes into even strips, depending on how thick you want them.
Add them to a bowl of ice water to soak for 15-20 minutes to remove the extra starch.
Now, preheat an oven to 230°C.
Drain the fries , pat them dry and toss them in salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and any other seasoning you like.
Arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serve hot with your favourite sauce and enjoy guilt-free, oil-free fries!
