Zero-oil Breakfast Dishes To Make Your Mornings Healthy

To add some health factor, it is possible to prepare a wide variety of scrumptious and wholesome breakfast foods that do not involve the use of any oil. Here are a few ideas to consider: 

Oatmeal 

A time-honored and adaptable choice. Serve your oats with fruit, nuts, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup after cooking them in water or a plant-based milk of your choice. 

Fresh Fruit Salad 

Prepare an assortment of chopped mangoes, melon, grapes, and citrus fruits. Blend them together for a healthy and refreshing morning meal. 

Smoothie 

Combine your preferred liquid (such as water, plant-based milk, or yoghurt) with fruits, vegetables, and the blender. Extra protein powder or nut butter can be added to improve the nutritional value and flavour.
