This icy treat blends the lusciousness of ripe litchis with a frosty texture that will keep you cool on those hot summer days.
2 cups fresh or frozen litchis 2 cups ice cubes 1 tablespoon lime juice Sugar or sweetener
Start by peeling the litchis. And freeze them. Once they are done place them with ice cubes in a blender.
Add In the lemon juice too. Blend it well to achieve a slushie-like consistency. Add sugar to taste.
Now Blend again to incorporate the sweetener. Add in desired amount of ice if necessary.
Now take the glass and Pour the litchi slushie into it. Serve immediately garnish with litchi and mint.
