Your Beloved Iced Coffee Just Got Better With This Mint Mojito Touch

We can all agree that it isn’t summer without tall, chilled glasses of iced coffee; and as odd as it sounds, the mint Mojito touch is literally summer in a glass!

INGREDIENTS

Couple of sprigs fresh mint leaves 1 tablespoon brown sugar/maple syrup 2 tablespoons hot water ¾ cup cold brew ½ cup whole milk/oat milk

METHOD

Add the sugar and hot water to a mason jar along with the mint leaves and muddle until the sugar dissolves, and the mint leaves begin to release their flavour.

METHOD

Add ice along with the cold brew and milk and shake well. Strain into a glass with more ice and enjoy.
