Couple of sprigs fresh mint leaves 1 tablespoon brown sugar/maple syrup 2 tablespoons hot water ¾ cup cold brew ½ cup whole milk/oat milk
Add the sugar and hot water to a mason jar along with the mint leaves and muddle until the sugar dissolves, and the mint leaves begin to release their flavour.
Add ice along with the cold brew and milk and shake well. Strain into a glass with more ice and enjoy.
