Busy weekdays means that one often tends to compromise on eating breakfast in the morning. However, eating a probiotic-rich bowl of yoghurt with fruits, nuts and seeds can benefit greatly to fuel the body and keep you going for the day.

YOGHURT BASE

Whisk some chilled Greek yoghurt with vanilla extract for added flavour and use it as the foundation.

ADD TOPPINGS

Pick from fresh seasonal fruit, granola, toasted almonds or even a handful of desiccated coconut to boost the nutritional value.

ADD SWEETENER

Whether you prefer a drizzle of maple syrup or honey, add any sweetener of your choice that is ideally sugar-free.

GOOD FATS

Finish off your yoghurt bowl with a scoop of almond or cashew butter to balance the nutritional value as well as add good fats for optimum energy.
